Aluminum Substrates are a great way to make sure your signs last as long as possible. Alumapanel or Heavy Duty Aluminum are comparable in lifetimes in contrast to coroplast.
If you decide to use Alumapanel for your big sign or billboard we recommend backing it with plywood and wood bracing.
The advantage of Aluminum Substrates over crezone wood signs is that Aluminum is more lightweight for handling at the point of installation. Crezone wood signs also require extra preparation as they should be painted and properly sealed around the edges to avoid rotting in from the sides.
